At Silver Gold PMX, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our products. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us. Our customer service team will work with you to reach a suitable resolution, which may include store credit, an exchange, or a return.
Any issue, discrepancy, or error must be reported to our team within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of your order. Upon review, if a return request is deemed reasonable and approved by our team, the return will be accepted at the customer’s expense.
Please note that all payment-related charges associated with the original transaction are non-refundable. Silver Gold PMX reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request at its sole discretion. Customers are responsible for all costs arising from returns or exchanges, including but not limited to administrative fees, processing charges, brokerage fees, and any costs associated with fraudulent or disputed chargebacks.
