Silver Gold PMX – Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which bullion and related products are bought and sold by Silver Gold PMX.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of Silver Gold PMX Terms of Sale, the following terms are defined below:

“Seller” shall refer to Silver Gold PMX and its related companies, including its directors, officers, employees, and authorized representatives (hereinafter referred to as “SGPMX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that are authorized to deal in bullion and precious metals.

“Customer” or “you” shall refer to any individual or entity that enters into a purchase or sale transaction involving bullion or related products with SGPMX.

“Business Days” shall mean our normal working days, being Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and applicable public or statutory holidays.

“Locked-in” shall refer to the time at which a purchase or sale transaction is confirmed and the price is fixed. The price is calculated based on the prevailing spot price at the time of confirmation and remains binding regardless of subsequent market fluctuations.

“Online Store” shall refer to the official Silver Gold PMX online platform through which products are listed and transacted.

“Products” shall refer to all items offered by SGPMX, including but not limited to gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion, coins, bars, refined and unrefined jewelry, dore, mining materials, and any other goods associated with the precious metals industry.

2. Bullion Policy

In regard to purchasing bullion or precious metals products from SGPMX, the sale price offered to the Customer is locked-in at the time of confirmation and the transaction cannot be cancelled once a confirmation has been issued. Upon full payment of an order, SGPMX may, at its sole discretion, offer to buy back the order at prevailing market rates, regardless of whether the Customer has taken delivery of the products.

In regard to selling bullion or precious metals to SGPMX, the offered price is locked-in at the time of confirmation and such transaction cannot be cancelled once a confirmation has been issued. The Customer’s only option thereafter is to offset the position at the current market buying price. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any deficit arising between the original locked-in price and the offset price.

3. Price Confirmation

When purchasing from SGPMX, the final transaction price is locked-in upon issuance of a confirmation number. Once such confirmation is issued, the order cannot be cancelled. Due to the volatility of precious metals markets, payment must be made immediately following confirmation. Failure to remit payment within the required timeframe may result in the order being repriced to reflect current market conditions or cancelled at our sole discretion.

In the event that a purchase order is cancelled, a minimum cancellation fee of $100, in addition to any applicable market loss, shall be charged to the Customer. The Customer shall be fully liable for such charges.

When selling to SGPMX, the sale price is locked-in upon issuance of a confirmation number and cannot be cancelled. All items sold to SGPMX must be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation. If the items are not received within five (5) Business Days, SGPMX reserves the right to either revalue the transaction based on current market prices or decline the transaction entirely.

Upon receipt and verification of the bullion, payment shall be issued to the Customer within ten (10) Business Days.

All transactions entered into with SGPMX constitute legally binding agreements.

4. Order Confirmation and Invoice

Upon placing an order through the Online Store, SGPMX shall issue a written confirmation via email. The Customer is responsible for ensuring receipt of all communications from SGPMX, including but not limited to adjusting email filters, checking spam or junk folders, and maintaining accurate contact information.

5. Order Liquidation

By placing an order, the Customer enters into a binding contractual obligation to remit full payment based on the agreed locked-in price. Should the Customer elect to liquidate their position prior to delivery, such liquidation must be requested during regular business hours.

All liquidations are subject to SGPMX’s buyback policy, a minimum $100 cancellation fee, and any applicable market loss. The Customer shall be fully responsible for any negative price difference. In the event of a market gain, such gain shall remain the sole property of SGPMX.
