Shipping & Delivery Policy – Silver Gold PMX

Local Store Pick-Up

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our store location:

Unit #105, 1060 Sheppard Ave W, Toronto, ON, M3J 0G7.

Order pick-ups are available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Customers are required to contact us in advance to schedule their pick-up.

Our facility is centrally located in Toronto, in close proximity to Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Parking is conveniently available at the rear of the building.

Important Information:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pick-up.

  • Payments may be completed online in advance or made in-store via cash, debit, or credit card.

  • For any inquiries, please contact our team via phone or email.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Silver Gold PMX ensures that all shipments are packaged securely, fully insured (where applicable), and shipped discreetly to the nearest post office corresponding to the address provided by the Customer.

Please note that postal carriers, including Canada Post, may not deliver packages directly to your doorstep. A signature upon delivery is required for all shipments. While we make every effort to ensure this requirement is fulfilled, Silver Gold PMX cannot guarantee carrier procedures, especially in light of operational changes (such as those introduced during COVID-19).

Insurance coverage remains valid until a direct signature is obtained or the shipment is officially marked as delivered by the carrier.

Important Note for High-Value Shipments

For orders exceeding CAD $25,000.00, shipments will be divided into multiple parcels of up to CAD $25,000.00 each due to insurance limitations. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with each individual shipment.

Example:
An order totaling CAD $62,500.00 will be shipped as three separate parcels (2 × $25,000.00 and 1 × $12,500.00), and shipping charges will apply accordingly.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below CAD $500: A flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Orders between CAD $500 and $1,000: Eligible for free standard shipping via Canada Post.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional flat fee.

2. Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier—whether to the customer’s address or designated post office—Silver Gold PMX assumes no further responsibility or liability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the shipment or coordinating directly with the carrier for collection.

3. Additional Conditions

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Silver Gold PMX is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors once the order has been dispatched.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms, including all associated risks based on the selected shipping method.

Granting permission for an alternate individual to sign for delivery, or waiving the signature requirement, will void any applicable insurance coverage.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once paid.

Pre-Sale Shipping

By placing an order for pre-sale items, the customer acknowledges and accepts that there may be extended delays before shipment.

Insurance Disclaimer

If shipping insurance is declined or not applicable, Silver Gold PMX shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Alternate Shipping Address Requirements

For orders shipped to an address different from the billing address, customers must provide:

  • Valid ID of the recipient

  • Recent utility bill for the shipping address

  • Signed authorization letter

These measures are implemented solely for the protection and security of your investment.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

However, delivery times may be affected by product availability or increased demand. In such cases, Silver Gold PMX will notify the customer if the estimated delivery timeline cannot be met.

Customers will then have the option to:

  • Proceed with the revised delivery timeline, or

  • Request voluntary liquidation (sell back) of the order.

Shipping Method

Silver Gold PMX reserves the right to modify the selected shipping method when necessary. Customers will be notified of any such changes prior to dispatch.

Shipping Options & Risk

Silver Gold PMX does not provide full insurance coverage for shipments where:

  • Delivery is redirected after dispatch, or

  • Signature requirements are waived

In such cases, all risks and liabilities are assumed by the customer.

Once a shipment has been signed for, insurance coverage ceases and responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Shipping & Insurance Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on order value, weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers can obtain real-time shipping costs by adding items to their cart and entering the delivery details at checkout.

Tax Information

No taxes are applied to the purchase or sale of gold and silver bullion with a purity of .999 or higher. However, applicable taxes (such as HST) will be charged on shipping and insurance fees.

Shipping to Non-Residential Addresses

Silver Gold PMX ships to both residential and commercial addresses across North America. However, we are not responsible for deliveries made to business locations or third parties.

Post Office Boxes

Shipments can be sent to P.O. Box addresses. Customers will receive a collection notice, and must present:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

  • A signature upon pick-up

to retrieve their package.
